then why did I recieve this in my in-box and it said "Don't post hentai anime in Personal artwork again, this is your last warning, do it again and you will be banned"

It reads like I was being told that I myself had just posted anime hentai in the "Personal Artwork" section and telling me directly that if I did it again *I* would be banned. The wording of the message doesn't come off as a general warning to all members.

It should say something like "too all members; any person posting hentai anime in Personal Artwork will be banned"

Generally this was at a time when there was one annoying spammer coming back constantly spamming the Personal Artwork section with general hentai anime that had no femdom.
