Few updates, I know. Christmas is a time I spend with family, so drawing porn has been the last thing on my mind for quite a while. Also my eyes have been hurting . However, Christmas is over and so recently TotMW Chapter 2 has seen some progress. Plus, a doodle (see below).

Still it's best not to expect anything else new until late March.

NIP, i was wondering if you could share a few of your artist's secretes with us. do you finish that with pencil(doubtfull), or do you do all the coloration in photoshop? do you start out with stick figures or just go for it from the get go?

i like to disect the work of tellented others. i find that even if i havent been drawing for weeks or(gasp) months if i go back to it after dissecting a lot of works i wind up "better". and honestly friend your art is some of the most pholished stuff i've seen around. as i said before the EXACT right ammount of lines are in your works....

I do everything in Photoshop CS 2 nowadays. I used to draw on paper and scan it (but none of those drawings are anywhere on the internet) until I got a (Wacom) tablet and pretty soon began using it for the whole process. Oekaki applets have better watercolouring options though, or at least easier to find.
It's become easier to just start on any part of a drawing and reach the desired result, but out of habit I usually begin with either the eyes or the line from the cheek to the chin. It's easiest to sketch things out roughly and then turn the opacity down and draw the clean lines on a new layer, but for the longest time I hated doing that :< .
It's easy to turn a little blind to certain anatomical mistakes when staring at a drawing for too long, which is why often mirroring the image is a really useful habit. You get a new look at things and spot errors that you couldn't see before.
